Log in to your King Express Bus account, go to Account > My Bookings to see ticket details and status. You can also check via the confirmation email sent to you.
The call center supports customers from 07:00 to 22:00 every day, including weekends and holidays. Outside working hours, you can message us via Zalo or Facebook.
You can contact the call center 12 hours before departure to get advice on changing your schedule or canceling your ticket. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing.
We support bank transfer, e-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay), and direct payment at the bus operator office.
